The system replaces the old fashioned, slow labour and material consuming methods. It greatly increases the speed of working with quick installation and removal. The equipment is re-used and does not cause damage to the steel sheet piles. For example, a concrete cap 1.2m high by 0.9m wide and 275 metres in length was completed in four weeks. A 15m concrete pour was made every day. Five per week using a total of 45 Redeb support brackets and 18 soffit panels. Total whole job time saving?….2 weeks! The system comprises of two key elements the Redeb Support Bracket and the multi-pile Soffit Shutter Panel. |
