Dawson Sheet Pile Threaders (SPT) are mechanical devices for interlocking sheet piles when sheet piles are being threaded in panels. It replaces the ‘Top Man’ or ‘Pile Monkey’ who normally carries out the interlocking by hand.

There are two versions available:

Dawson Sheet Pile Threaders provide precise guidance of the sheet pile being threaded whilst at the same time ensuring the pile is pushed firmly into perfect alignment with its mating interlock. This is particularly important in poor weather conditions where unwieldy sheet piles require considerable strength to control the interlocking process.
