The HPH1200 & 2400 fit most single and double sheet piles, together with
the range of most common sizes of H-pile using the same standard leg inserts
and anvil. There are a few exceptions that require non standard leg inserts.
The standard leg grip inserts are sprung loaded using rubber elastomers
in shear. This enables piles of different thickness to be gripped tightly
keeping the hammer in good alignment with the pile ensuring a good axial
impact. No power supply is necessary, adjustment is automatic. Timber, concrete and pipe piles can also be driven using alternative leg inserts.
