Dawson Accreditation Scheme

Jay and Alex recently delivered CRH hammer training to ECA’s service technicians in Pittsburgh, PA — the first session under our new distributor accreditation scheme.

Last week, James Mead (Senior Technician) and Alex Bleakley (Engineering Manager) were in the U.S. delivering both classroom-based and practical-based CRH training to the service technicians at Equipment Corporation of America in Pittsburgh, PA.

The training was the first session delivered as part of a new distributor accreditation scheme, designed to formally recognize technician competency with CRH equipment.

The course focused on enabling technicians to service and maintain DCP hammers, as well as to diagnose and troubleshoot common faults confidently and effectively.

As part of the program, 8 ECA technicians were successfully accredited to Level 2 (Bronze Award) — a great achievement and testament to their technical knowledge and commitment.

Several strong moments were captured during the training, showing the team working together and fully engaged in hands-on exercises with the hammer. Great to see that level of enthusiasm and teamwork in action.

A valuable session both technically and in further strengthening the partnership between our teams.
